Datapro Services was established at the beginning of 1998 to take advantage of voice processing software developed over the previous seven years by Trevor Osborne, which facilitated the set-up and operation of sophisticated chat line services. We were the UK’s first Service Provider to offer live calls to girls logged on from home, whilst also enabling customers to speak to an operator of their choice.
From humble beginnings of two staff in a converted garage, Trevor Osborne and Phil Weeks have built a business which now employs twelve full-time office staff over two sites, with the resources of approximately 400 operators working from home. Our current annual turnover exceeds £6M, and our innovative, on-site I.V.R applications terminate 30% of live 1-2-1 and virtual chat calls in the UK today.
