The Consumer Rights Directive comes in to effect on June 13th 2014 that, amongst other things, aims to lower the cost of post sales support calls for consumers. As of 13th June post sales support contact numbers are required to use 01/02/03 ranges. Other ranges including 084 and 087 no longer valid.
In compliance with these new regulations Datapro Services Limited has issued a new customer careline number, 0203 455 2145, that is available for use as-of today.
If you’re an independent promoter you are required to update the terms and conditions on all promotional material by June 12th replacing our old customer careline number with the new one.
