In October PhonepayPlus published a new strategic plan 2014-17 which set out a framework for delivering robust, fair and proportionate regulation that benefits consumer protection and growth and innovation in the premium rate services (PRS) industry.
The plan includes a provision for increasing the registration fee from £150 to £155 plus VAT.
